GLOW is thrilled to partner with Work Wonders Careers for this important conversation and skill building opportunity.

In the midst of a public health and economic crisis, there can be even more uncertainty in your job search than usual. The Work Wonders Careers Framework has helped hundreds of job seekers generate clarity, confidence, interviews and offers. Now, we're helping job seekers pursue their career goals in these challenging times.

If you are feeling derailed and struggling with how to start or continue your job search, this workshop will provide tangible action steps and helpful context that will support your efforts to explore your career options, build new relationships and move your career forward in this period.

How to Be Job Search Ready will teach participants how to:

  • Use your time effectively to explore your interests
  • Get organized for an efficient job search process
  • Effectively communicate your value and experience so you can be a stand out candidate
  • Network virtually without feeling weird or awkward
  • Set reasonable expectations for what the job search process should look like

You'll leave the workshop with tactical steps to implement in the next phase of your career exploration and job search process, a better understanding of what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for, and tips for managing the added stress and uncertainty we're facing together.
